Management is new to the industry in name only.
The owner has several years of homeowner association experience.
As a management company's community
portfolio increases, inevitably communities diverse in size and
type become a number on a directory of managed
communities. Eventually, the quality of customer service
lessens and/or results in an array of "extra services or
fees."
SouthWest Community Management's principle
rule is quality customer service not quantity of customers to
service. While SouthWest Community Management is a
full-service management company, limited services are available
should a community's needs be minimal.

Management different? Our strength is the ability to
manage our communities on a personal level at the same time
complying with the documents and applicable city, state and
federal statutes.
