SouthWest Community Management is a member of Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and the owner is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI).

LINDA MARIE PERREAULT - Accounting management is her forte. Linda Marie, like many homeowners was first introduced to a homeowner association by way of purchasing a home in a community governed by a Declaration. She became involved as a board member and has served for seven years as treasurer of her community association. This consequently began a professional career as a community manager. 

Linda Marie has obtained the national designation, Certified Manager for Community Associations (CMCA) through the national organization, Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Prior employment history includes twenty-two dedicated and loyal years with a public utility company.
